Responsible for performance testing design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting for the rearchitecture and migration of Salesforce’s main websites to the Cloud: on Rackspace using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).\\\\n• Responsible for all aspects of performance testing for Dreamforce Live 2015, the largest software conference in the world; this was the first live deployment of Salesforce on Rackspace with AEM.\\\\n- Collaborated with scrum teams, product managers, and vendor engineers.\\\\n- Created SumoLogic dashboards and UNIX shell scripts to monitor operating system, application, Apache, and Java JVM/Heap/Garbage Collection metrics, and load balancing.\\\\n- Used Introscope, New Relic, Rackspace utilities, and Chrome Developer tools to collect and analyze additional metrics.\\\\n- Made recommendations for both the front-end and server side components that decreased response times and significantly increased throughput.\\\\n- Planned and executed comprehensive system stress tests and failover scenarios.\\\\n- Identified performance problems/bugs and root causes; collaborated with scrum teams to implement and track resolutions; coordinated testing with code deployments done by Ops.\\\\n- Identified performance bottlenecks that initiated a reevaluation of the new Blog site configuration; recommended changes that were incorporated into the new (current) design.\\\\n- Created the framework and baseline for performance testing and trend analysis.\\\\n• Developed the test strategy, executed tests, analyzed and reported results, and made performance recommendations/improvements for other projects, including:\\\\n- Revenue Recognition: Oracle E-Business Financial applications.\\\\n- SQL and database analysis and tuning on both RAC and Exadata.\\\\n- Orange62: Salesforce\'s integration with ExactTarget.\\\\n- Concierge: Smart Help Desk for Desktop and Mobile devices.\\\\n\\\\n
