With over 20 years experience in the automotive sector, I can honestly say I have loved my career so far. I\'ve had the pleasure of meeting so great people who have inspired me to become the leader I am today. Having been part of some superb teams, we have achieved some pretty special things. I am a very proud father of two awesome children Phoebe and Ted and very lucky to be married to my very supportive wife \'Fraggle\'.Sport plays a huge part in my life. A lifelong Leicester Tigers fan, Liverpool Football club and passionate about golf. Although the body lets me down these days I still believe I can make it pro!I am a qualified UEFA coach and have had the pleasure of taking a team of 5 year old boys and girls to the dizzy heights of the under 16 Mid Lincs league. Coaching is my passion, helping people grow and watching them realise their potential is addictive and my biggest buzz!
