Coaching changed how I listen - not just at work, but in life.I first trained as a coach through the Coaching Professional apprenticeship, and now I support others on the same path - as a coach, mentor, and supervisor.The work I do centres around curiosity, presence, and reflective learning. Whether I’m helping someone build their confidence, shift their mindset, or develop their coaching practice, the heart of it stays the same: slowing down, listening carefully, and noticing what’s really going on.I have a background in learning design, facilitation, and improving people practices, and I care deeply about helping people find their voice and grow into their role - especially those doing the learning alongside a busy life (working parents, career changers, people living life on the move…).I believe good coaching creates space for people to think, reconnect, and surprise themselves with their strengths.When I’m not working, I’m usually navigating life with a small child, getting outside, and appreciating the kind of conversations that make you pause and think differently.
