About Chris Downs

My name is Christopher Downs and I graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, with a focus in movement studies, and a minor in exercise science. My accomplishments, success and growth as an individual is due to my extreme competitive nature, unwavering motivation and great time management skills. My Associates degree allowed me to gain incomparable leadership skills, how to work in a team environment, and problem solving skills. In addition, it allowed me to gain knowledge in the fundamentals of human anatomy, management, and computer literacy skills. My Bachelors degree enabled me to fine tune my knowledge of human anatomy, and management skills while in addition giving me the knowledge of bio mechanics, human physiology, and personal training. My Bachelors degree also allowed me to round out my skill-sets by advancing in my previous course work and allowing me to continue to excel in leadership skills, coaching skill, and problem solving skills. Through my internship as an assistant women\'s basketball coach I gained unmatched knowledge on how to adapt to an ever changing environment, how to lead and coach a wide range of different individuals, and how to increase my utilization of time management and leadership skills.
