I am a highly skilled and dynamic senior business leader with a unique combination of technical skills and business leadership experience. I have taken on progressively more challenging roles throughout my career, gaining key experience with product development and supply chain management for multinational consumer goods companies. My favorite roles allow me to coach teams to deliver new, profitable, and innovative products. I’m adept at managing projects, improving processes, and working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute new products and processes that allow the company to meet customer needs. I work hard to ensure that research and projects are completed with a high level of accuracy and with sound methods. In my most recent role, I have operational responsibility for the whole of the company including, but not limited to, accounting, HR, and finance in addition to my more seasoned experience in logistics, supply chain, and inventory management. I build and develop high performance teams, ensuring they have the support, guidance, and mentoring they need in order to be successful. I value and reward innovation with my teams, encouraging them to solve technical issues as well as create new products to support the growth of the business. I carefully assess my staff, ensuring the right people are placed in the right roles that challenge them and allow them to deliver value to the company. My deep business and technical expertise allows me to take a broad approach to business challenges. I receive the most job satisfaction when I am able to solve complex problems and advance the development of technical solutions for the issue at hand.
