Key responsibilities:• Act as lead Consultant on the delivery of ProFinda software and adoption projects for clients, including but not limited to, configuration, change and technical workstreams that are key to overall project success.• Gather customer objectives and requirements around individual client workflows and transform into an integrated ProFinda solution design that is both optimised and meets the client needs.• Provide advice to the client in the configuration, deployment, and adoption of the ProFinda platform, proactively engaging with clients in challenging current ways of working to adopt ProFinda best practice.• Work closely with the ProFinda technical teams to turn technical requirements into workable solutions.• Forge strong relationships with the client to become a ‘trusted advisor’ on ProFinda technology and become a subject matter expert of the ProFinda platform capabilities.• Act as a voice of the client by advocating for the customer internally to align towardshared goals between Delivery, Product and Tech.• Support management of client escalations to a positive outcome through facilitating theresolution of issues and roadblocks.• Prepare and deliver standard and custom training remotely or onsite.• Support the transition of the client from delivery into BAU Customer support.• Engage in the pre-sales process, proposals, and onboarding of new clients.• Enhance ProFinda delivery scalability to support continually improved project successand customer satisfaction. • Assist in onboarding, training and developing new team members.
