As director of Accrue I work closely with owner-managed businesses across the UK, increasing their profits while maintaining a healthy cashflow in the business.With 14 years\' experience working with local businesses, I have a wealth of experience in growing small service-based businesses, and all while maintaining a bespoke service for each individual. Large equity-backed firms are now dominating the small business accounting sector, and more and more practices are unable to provide that personal touch that so many small business owners are looking for. Having worked for some of these companies myself, this has allowed me to identify the disconnect between prioritizing profits for shareholders and actually servicing clients. I\'m more focused on building relationships that will bring value for years to come.
