   Peter Drucker famously said that in the business world “Culture eats execution for breakfast.” We believe culture, employee engagement, and organizational health are all inextricably linked. We created the BITE7 Frame work to make engagement/health/culture measurable, because if you can measure it, you can improve it. As business owners and leaders, what frustrates us is the mushiness around culture, the lack of definition, and the inability to measure it, which creates an inability to focus and work on it.
