I also help my clients resolve a variety of complex commercial disputes, both before and after litigation has been filed. In addition, I regularly advise clients on cybersecurity and data privacy matters and have represented clients both in investigating and responding to cybersecurity incidents and in government investigations arising from those incidents. As a former government trial lawyer and a licensed CPA since I bring unique experience and an insider perspective to the firm’s white-collar defense practice. I leverage my experience as a government regulator, CPA and Big Four management consultant to advise my clients on best practices for minimizing regulatory and business risks. I also help my clients develop proactive compliance policies and procedures. In addition, I help them conduct internal investigations to defuse compliance issues quickly before they give rise to an investigation or litigation.I also have deep experience as lead counsel in civil and commercial litigation matters involving a broad range of issues, including claims arising from my white-collar practice, intellectual property, contract disputes, professional malpractice, plus many more.
