ABOUT CHRIS DAVIS
In my current role I lead the charge for communications, security and life safety systems design at KCL Engineering. I\'ve had many great projects over the years with highlights including the design of a large 5 story medical office building for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, exploring and developing access control standards for the Department of Energy, and assisting in the creation of a million dollar audio/visual system design for a library in Oklahoma. Before joining the design community, I worked as a field technician for two companies focused on security — Diebold Inc. and Communications Engineering Company –- and was lucky enough to work with great clients such as Aegon, Air National Guard, USDA Laboratories, multiple municipalities and a vast number of financial institutions.
