Monitors performance metrics, addresses operational challenges and implements process improvements to support efficiency and reliability.MAINTAINS OVERSIGHT OF STAFF PERFORMANCE, PROGRAM COMPLIANCE AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS. Ensures operations adhere to regulatory, contractual and institutional standards while advancing rehabilitation, public service and reentry-focused outcomes.
