Deliver impactful instruction in baking and pastry, quality, technology, innovation, and current industry trends, with alternate modes of delivery.Create seasonal menus for our student run restaurant [Artichoke Grill] and grab and go counter.Work independently with honors students on honors research projects offering feedback, suggestions and developing critical thinking skills, public speaking skills, and insightful research modes. Advise all baking and pastry students on educational and professional goals, emphasizing on their specific career skills.Active member in the Arizona ACF chapter, aspiring to encourage more regional ACF competition through our chapter. Both students and professionals.Evaluate the program and make recommendations on curriculum changes that are relative to industry demands. Develop and foster a larger network of professional within the local and regional area to employ and further develop our students upon entering the workforce in their respective career paths.
