I am the original developer of LQAS. I was a commissioned bank examiner for 3+ years and a commercial lender for another 3. I created LQAS in 1984, the first system commercially created to track loan documents to help postpone or prevent bank failures. The majority of our clients were four stars or above on Bankrate in 2009.
