Direct daily operations across 1,300+ company-operated wellbores in Texas and Oklahoma, focusing on production optimization, artificial lift performance, and LOE reduction strategies.• Lead multidisciplinary teams—including field supervisors, engineers, and third-party consultants—to execute operational plans and meet production targets.• Manage completion engineering and execution for horizontal and vertical wells, including design, logistics, frac operations, and post-completion flowback.• Oversee facilities engineering and construction, including tank batteries, SWDs, compression, vapor recovery, and water infrastructure.• Administer vendor relationships: negotiate MSAs, oversee bid and procurement processes, manage invoice workflows, and resolve performance disputes.• Collaborate with HSE and legal departments to develop and enforce safety protocols, incident response procedures, and regulatory compliance programs.• Partner with non-operated working interest owners and joint venture stakeholders to ensure alignment on capital projects, operational strategy, and AFE approvals.
