I am an Award-Winning Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Leader with over 20 years of experience, specializing in the leadership of strategic account teams, the development of innovative customer partnerships, and the delivery of consistent and successful product launches. My strengths include a talent for building, leading, and refining effective, high-performance sales teams tailored to the strengths and needs of the company. Over my career, I have built a reputation as team player who delivers consistent high performance as a commercial leader. During my time at Novartis I established numerous successful sales teams in a variety of markets including hematology and oncology. As a result, I have been recognized with numerous president’s club awards, as well as, honors for top annual performance. At Novartis Oncology, I oversaw the launch of the first FDA-approved CAR-T cell therapy, pioneering its application into the acute leukemia and lymphoma markets. Through an in-depth analysis of a new product, I created a customized launch strategy that drove immediate results for the Cell and Gene Franchise.
