University wellness teams are often forced into a difficult choice: refer a student to high-level clinical care and risk them losing their academic momentum, or keep them on campus with limited support. I believe there is a better way. As the Collegiate Recovery and Alumni Program Manager at Meadows Behavioral Healthcare, I bridge the gap between higher education and world-class clinical treatment. My focus is on creating seamless partnerships that allow students to access Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and specialized mental health services without ever leaving their campus community.By integrating our specialized young adult treatment models directly into the university ecosystem, we help institutions:• Increase Student Retention: Students stay enrolled and on-track while receiving the care they need.•We help institutions increase clinical capacity without adding to the university\'s overhead.
