About Chris Clulow

Christopher C.(Chris) Clulow has been the Vice President – Global Operations Finance & Transformation of Cummins Inc. since April 1, 2025. In this position, he is responsible for finance across our operations team, including, Supply Chain, IT, Shared Services Quality and others. He also leads the Cummins Global Transformation Office, with a focus on unleashing outsized value across the organization. In addition, Chris has oversight over corporate finance, capital, global risk and insurance, finance functional excellence, and finance & accounting transformationChris joined Cummins in May 2004, initially in the Sarbanes Oxley compliance group. He progressed through several controllership roles from 2005 to 2014 across three of the five Cummins operating segments. From 2014 to 2017, Chris served as controller and strategy leader for the Components Segment, which includes Cummins’ emissions solution, turbos, filtration, transmissions, fuel systems, transmissions, and electronics products. In March of 2017, Chris was appointed as the Vice President - Corporate Controller for Cummins. As Controller, he was responsible for Cummins’ global accounting processes, financial reporting, accounting policy, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and finance systems. In the first quarter of 2022, Chris was appointed as the Vice President – Investor Relations with responsibility for Cummins’ interactions with our shareholders and key investment analysts Prior to joining Cummins, Chris worked in public accounting as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), eight years with Ernst & Young, in the U.S. and U.K, and the two years prior to that with Coopers & Lybrand. During his time in public accounting, he held roles in audit, mergers & acquisitions, and US GAAP technical advisory services. Chris graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy and Finance. He is also a graduate of Cummins’ Executive Leadership Development Program.
