Repeated studies and articles show that Electronic Health Record (EHR) projects fail largely due to insufficient stakeholder engagement and change management approaches, and incomplete future state workflow development that properly accounts for clinical workflows throughout various hospital environments. Since 2017, Chris has leveraged over a decade of change management and public sector leadership experience to work with hospital organizations on preparing for and implementing EHR-based change. This includes:* Developing change management approaches * Developing training approaches that balance knowledge requirements with the need to maintain staffing levels on busy clinical floors * Helping leaders and staff feel ready and confident for their Go-Lives * Overseeing training and implementation logistics * Analyzing and coaching leaders through real-life workflow and role impacts * Assessing and recommending devices that would be appropriate for a specific organization\'s or area\'s Go-Live * Coaching and mentoring leaders, providers and clinicians who feel troubled by the upcoming change * Developing change leaders within the hospital organization and the project team.
