Over the past 8 years, I’ve progressed from Assistant Quantity Surveyor to Development Director within a privately owned property group. I’ve operated across development, construction, and investment arms, gaining hands-on, full-lifecycle experience from feasibility and funding through to delivery and handover.I’ve delivered over £500 million in residential and mixed-use schemes, including office-to-residential conversions, high-rise new builds, and listed building refurbishments.
