Client - Thames Water (June 24 - Present)I am currently seconded as a Senior Project Manager to Thames Water Major Projects where I am responsible for the delivery of a sewer treatment works upgrade programme, which has a total value of ~£150m.I lead a multidisciplinary project team which is accountable for resolving key non-compliances with conditions set out in environmental permits for wastewater treatment works in England. In parallel with this secondment at Thames Water I also held the role as Commission Lead for the Southern Water framework. The responsibilities and duties held whilst undertaking this key leadership role included- Commission Lead for the wastewater, PMO and design & engineering workstreams, achieving an annual net revenue target of ~£3m- Client Management: Successfully achieving positive client feedback on a regularbasis based on the NPS metric- Business development: Supporting and driving growth through the implementation internal and external recruitment campaigns- Leading the performance management and engagement of a team of over 35 individuals.I am also the Global Excellence Centre (GEC) Champion for Regulated Water, responsible for driving engagement with our Project and Programme Management resources in the Philippines, India and Romania—Client - Southern Water (Aug 23 - May 24)Strategic Solutions Partner (SSP+) with StantecDuring my secondment at Southern Water I was responsible for the project management of over 85 growth/network reinforcement schemes which will supply over new housing developments across the supply region. Overseeing a £5m design programme which will feed into £50m+ worth of construction projects over the next 5+ years.
