Responsible for the planning, co-ordination and control of all workstreams including Technology, Design, Controls, Data & Training to successfully deliver 3 BlackLine applications globally across users.• Led hypercare for multiple projects including BlackLine and Oracle EPM. Focused multiple teams on providing rapid resolution for users and stakeholder reporting which enabled prioritisation of people onto key impacting issues.• Worked with users post implementation to improve engagement, training and quality which resulted in balance sheet reconciliation rejection rates declining 40%.• Led design, development and user engagement to automate Balance Sheet attestation for SOX and non-SOX for 110 entities.• Led deployment of intercompany simplification programme which automated 70%( 12k out of 17k ) of billing and posting for corresponding entities, greatly reducing period end imbalances.• Developed scenarios and scripts to test solutions met business requirements. Worked across Technology, Finance and Design to resolve issues found during testing.• Worked between project team, 3rd party developers and end users to manage role development and assignment for 1700 users of new bespoke application. • Created schedule of ‘must complete’ tasks ( readiness criteria ) to track readiness towards go live. This allowed comprehensive and continuous alignment, prioritisation and visibility between workstreams and business stakeholders.
