I used to be a recruiter bogged down by KPIs, earning poor commission, no work/life balance, and being approached by Rec2Recs about roles that weren’t right for what I wanted. A recent success is a 4-person recruitment agency that has more than doubled in size with placements made for the back office, recruiters, and a senior manager position.
