As of October 1st 2018, Power and IPAC Chemicals were purchased by DuBois Chemicals, of Cincinnati OH. We are now part of DuBois Chemicals Canada. We look forward to continuing our strong growth in resource based industries including coal, hard rock mining, bulk terminals, sulphur and pulp and paper, with value-added, customer-driven total solutions.
