I have more than a decade of construction related experience and have implemented safety training for numerous projects nationally. I am specifically responsible for the overall corporate policy creation, project safety, creating and monitoring project-specific safety plans, workers compensation and creating company wide buy-in to our Safety and Health Program structured around a behavioral based safety approach. Roles & ResponsibilitiesAs a professional safety resource, I am responsible for the implementation of the company’s safety and loss prevention programs. Ensuring that jobsite employees and subcontractors are trained in all safety programs and protocol, including federal/state regulations, in order to prevent accidents and/or injuries. Manage and mentor Safety Coordinators and Regional Safety Managers. Field lead for research and development of new and innovative technologies that could positively impact safety and efficiency in construction.
