Encore Bank is headquartered in Arkansas and was recapitalized in 2019. Since then the bank has grown to approximately $4B in total assets across 17 markets in 7 states. Encore is unique where each market has been responsible for raising capital. I was part of a small team that helped raise capital for our Denver location while growing our market to approximately $150MM in total assets over the first two years (and counting). All during a challenging rising rate environment. My focus is to continue to build our market\'s balance sheet by brining in quality small to mid-sized business relationships (treasury, deposits and loans) with a specific focus on specialty deposit relationships (escrow banking; i.e. title, qualified intermediaries, law firms, property management, HOAs, etc.).
