As a Bid Manager within M Group’s AgilityEco Energy Division, I lead tendering activities that drive business growth across home decarbonisation, renewable energy, and energy efficiency programmes. Working closely with operational and delivery teams, I manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification and strategy development to high-quality, compliant submissions.Key Responsibilities include;> Lead the preparation and delivery of bids for public and private sector clients, with a focus on local authorities and energy efficiency frameworks.> Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a central bid library and knowledge base.> Collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling proposals that align with business strategy and demonstrate clear social and environmental impact.> Translate technical information into clear, persuasive content and visuals that communicate value to clients.> Support M Group’s commitment to tackling fuel poverty and achieving Net Zero through innovative, customer-focused energy solutions.> Ensure all tender submissions meet deadlines, quality standards, and compliance requirements while maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice.This role combines creativity, precision, and purpose, helping to deliver the energy essential to support the UK’s transition to a low-carbon future.
