I love solving the problems that keep people from enjoying their jobs and doing them better. I thrive on instilling or restoring a customer\'s trust in the company I am representing. I am a natural born troubleshooter and I thoroughly enjoy being the person that people come to when the answer they need is not apparent to them. I have been in the Telecommunications industry for over 35 years in roles from Field Service Technician to Sr Director and solving problems has always been what satisfies me the most. It doesn\'t matter if it is a technical problem, process shortcoming, interpersonal issue or profitability matter, I am always up for a challenge. But above all else, I am a people person. Process doesn\'t drive an organization, people do. But when good people are paired with good processes there is nothing they can\'t accomplish.
