I am currently engaged as the solutions architect and primary systems development lead for a large precast concrete manufacturing company that specializes in insulated and solid walls, columns, beams, stairs and hollowcore plank production. In this role I created and currently maintain the primary work order and logistics/delivery transportation system as well as built integrations to the ERP (EPICOR), Construction Management System (AutoDesk BIM360/Build), and created the import process for all bill of materials, piece details and construction model data for use in our internal production systems. I have developed multiple Revit Add-Ins using Revit API as well as integrated with BIM/Build for model data and bill of materials extraction using the Forge API to automate our shop drawing/ticket and 3D model extraction process for use in our production bed layout and pour preparation steps.Additionally, I also currently act as the technical relationship interface between our engineering design partners and the business to drive our initiatives on automation, human workflow reduction, embedded material forecasting and ordering and embedded connection/plate standardization and reduction efforts.
