Education, adventure tourism, and hospitality is my foundation for my career. Know I\'m just scratching the surface of these industries and I have the desire to continue to learn and gain new career experience. With an extensive amount of leadership experience that has given me skills to an effective communicator, delegate responsibilities within the organizations that I work within, and have the ability to educate and empower diverse teams to being the most effective at what they do. Some of my qualities that I\'m most proud of is that when I lead, I\'m not afraid to ask questions and use a broad vision when addressing challenges. Whenever I\'m given a task, I give it my undivided attention to the point that surpasses the expectations of my superiors. I aspire to become an entrepreneur in multiple industries. Industries such as non-profits, tourism, and education. But there are a number of other skills I wish to acquire before I turn one of my business ideas into tangible reality. My responsibilities include conducting personalized tours, handling applications, coordinating move-ins and renewals, and ensuring a seamless experience for both prospects and current residents. I serve as the primary point of contact for incoming communication, managing email, text, and phone inquiries with professionalism and urgency.I prepare and send leasing documents, welcome letters, and resident notices, while also coordinating closely with property managers, maintenance, and concierge teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively. I assist with internal communication across multiple properties, ensuring operations remain streamlined during staff absences or high-volume periods. I maintain detailed records, update CRM systems, and manage resident accounts, including billing adjustments and fee assessments.Additionally, I help troubleshoot scheduling, parking, and amenity concerns, and regularly escalate policy matters for leadership review. I am often entrusted with handling sensitive issues such as early terminations, transfer requests, and compliance follow-ups.
