Finding, coaching, developing and retaining employees remains a critical business need for many businesses. There are often many aspects to developing solutions to address these challenges. For over 20 years I have worked with and supported companies with these challenges. A good part of my time is focussed on the design, implementation and operation of employee incentive arrangements to fit with business strategy and culture. I am a privately owned company specialist that advises businesses across many sectors. I find that experience gained with companies in one sector provides useful insight and perspective for companies in other sectors.I have long standing relationships with many of my clients and I love being able to advise and support businesses through various stages of growth, challenges and key milestones.I work with many other specialists in Deloitte as part of multi-disciplinary teams that advise on corporate transactions, re-financing and restructuring situations as well as companies listing their shares on a stock exchange for the first time (IPO). I am part of a great Equity & Incentives team at Deloitte made up of specialists, some with many years experience and others with new energy and perspective, that cover all aspects of designing, implementing and operating employee incentive arrangements. While my primary base is in Reading, I travel as required as part of my role and often work in London where many of my clients are based. I also enjoy the flexibility of working part of the week at home - still fully available but able to have supper with my family and catch up on their days. I am a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.
