Responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and the day to day management of the Group. Oversight of the strategic 5-year plan and working with the Finance Director to maintain the integrated financial model to deliver EBITDA targets. Working closely with the sales managers on sales strategy and product/service diversification to drive revenue growth. Developing and inspiring senior managers within the business and ensuring they buy into the Group’s vision. Heading up the Group’s M&A strategy and implementation. Managing risk within the Group including the insurance strategy, legal contractual positioning and dispute resolution.
