ABOUT CHRIS BOLOS
My career at OEC started over 15 years ago in the file room. How I’ve been supported to grow through to management is a testament to our culture at OEC. I’ve enjoyed a wealth of opportunities and experience in multiple departments, including pricing and customer service, through to leadership. To say that I am personally committed to seeing OEC Group achieve our competitive growth goals would be an understatement. My role operates as intermediary between OEC Group clients and our operations team, responsible for optimizing the efficiency of our warehouse processes by tracking and managing turnaround time for client orders. I also assist our management team in optimizing KPIs and overcoming challenges in our competitive marketplace. I’ve had the opportunity to monitor OEC Group support from the client-side, helping me to understand our business from the partner side of supply chain management to optimize operations with comprehensive knowledge. There are so many variables that interplay with each other to make supply chain operations successful. For me, analyzing data and numbers comes very naturally. But what makes me effective is being available to listen to our clients so I can understand their challenges before informing them of the best-possible solution for their supply chain.
