Oversees Zone and Venue Management program, leading a team of 5 staff and 25+ high level volunteers in running day to day operations at all music venues during the festival- Collaborated with various music venues in order to draw up contracts regarding agreed upon terms between the Fest and venues- Collaborated with a team to build out all aspects of programming for music industry panels, workshops, and talks for the festival\'s 2020 \"Music Talks\" program- Worked with music industry professionals to generate programming, schedule accommodations and book flights, utilizing a minimal budget for maximum impact- Increased the amount of traffic and interest generated in the Music Talks program from 2019 by coordinating and streamlining marketing effort
