I have been in the energy industry for over 20 years with Shell and ConocoPhillips with significant exposure to commercial transactions/investment proposals across all lines of business and maturation phases (in particular, LNG value chains) with deep technical expertise in project evaluations, corporate finance and enhancing overall Decision Quality for project teams. Having led A&D and Asset Economics teams in Australia and the Americas, I have vast experience in resolving difficult valuation dilemmas and more recently, bringing clarity to energy transition challenges facing Shell\'s LNG business. My background in banking and power markets has also enabled quality valuation support on various portfolio moves (deals) and growing a material Renewables and Power Retailing presence in Australia.As a leader, I have significantly improved competency/commercial mindset of my Economics communities to be valued contributors to their business while enhancing their overall engagement eg. via a team charter. As a member of the global Economics Discipline Leadership Team (EDLT) within Shell, I regularly strive to positively impact more widely in discipline excellence and community building.
