As a graduate submarine systems engineer at BAE Systems, I contribute to developing and commissioning advanced submarines for the Royal Navy. My role involves using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques to optimise system architectures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our solutions meet rigorous customer and regulatory requirements. I work closely with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to support seamless project execution and deliver robust submarine systems. This position allows me to work at the cutting edge of defence technology while growing professionally in an inclusive and dynamic environment.
