ABOUT CHRIS BISSONNETTE
Human Resources leader with over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of human resources, labor relations, diversity and inclusion in a variety of environments, from leading U.S law firms counseling Fortune 500 companies, to in-house counsel positions, to my current human resources departmental leadership role.Headquartered in Los Angeles, SoCalGas is the largest natural gas distribution utility in the United States. Prior to that role, I was senior counsel for labor and employment with Sempra Energy. Prior to joining Sempra, I was a senior associate in the Los Angeles office of Paul Hastings LLP, specializing in employment litigation (including class action and complex wage/hour litigation) traditional labor law, and advice and counsel to employers in a variety of industries.I am a graduate of Hofstra University (B.A. 1994) and Northeastern University School of Law (J.D. I am admitted to practice in federal and state court in California, Massachusetts and Maine. I am also admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals where I have handled several cases.
