Continue to play a prominent role in the establishment and evolution of the Group’s ESG strategy.*Led a review of the Group’s Remuneration Policy. Implemented and now administer LTIP, Restricted Share Plan, SAYE and SIP schemes.*Responsible for and manage the outsourced IT function, all IT and mobile device infrastructure, cyber and information security, including GDPR compliance.*Responsible for and manage the Estates, Environment and Safety division, which has responsibility for health and safety, environmental compliance, electrical infrastructure and safety, and estate management across a portfolio of c.18k acres.
