When complete, the $16 billion plant, will process and stabilize much of the 56 million gallons of radioactive and chemical waste currently stored at the Hanford Site. Duties included providing oversight and management of the following departments: Finance (Controller), Human Resources, Facilities Management, Information Systems and Technology, Physical and Cyber Security, Prime Contracts Management, Continuous Improvement, Administration Services, and Records Management. Responsibilities include departmental oversight, customer relationship management, enhancing employee engagement, critical skills & succession planning management, accurate and compliant cost accounting standards, contract requirements compliance, and craft compensation package review and negotiations. Additionally managed claims, disputes and formal arbitration processes.
