Contributed to a performance department that ranked 2 out of 32 teams for total missed time from injury. Consulted with tactical staff in planning of training camp workload to reduce injury risk from overtraining. Spearheaded all data collection of athletes from full suite of Vald devices, visual bar tracking (Perch), external load monitoring (Catapult), and field-based sprint analysis (1080Motion, VueMotion). Implemented new data visualization protocols for increased transparency and accountability. Wrote and ran a full season individualized corrective program for specific needs of each athlete, with emphasis on tissue quality and activation on a joint, muscle group, and system perspectives.
