As Solventum\'s Executive Vice President and Group President of the Medical Surgical business, I am laser-focused on strong employee engagement and driving core growth through product and business model innovation and active portfolio management. With over 25 years of med device and technology experience, I have successfully built and led high-performing, high-executing global teams that continually outperform the industry while diversifying organizations with novel acquisitions. Most recently, I was Chief Executive Officer and a member of the NuVasive Board of Directors. Prior to that role, I served as Senior Vice President and President of Surgical Innovations at Medtronic, its second largest business unit. Before the acquisition of Covidien by Medtronic, I was President of Advanced Surgical Technologies of Covidien, where I led global strategy, product portfolio, and U.S. commercial teams for the global business unit. I also spent more than 15 years increasing commercial and executive leadership roles at Covidien.
