ABOUT CHRIS BAGULEY

Experienced motivator with a keen eye on performance management and training. I am an efficient and confident leader with the ability to complete tasks to the highest standard and the ability to get the best out of my teams via inclusive working training and positive organisational cultures. Inclusiveness is a high priority for me and I often look for ways to ensure this emanates from my actions and also my work.Proven track record as a Managed Service Provider via Statement of Work, initiating new systems and processes as well as upgrading current processes and delivering client service excellence through Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. To date my client has seen over in cost efficiencies since 2022. This is what drives me! I love sinking my teeth into new projects for improvement and reporting positive outcomes to my colleagues and clients.In August 2024 I constructed a new training programme and platform for a fantastic client as part of our strategic partnership, this has proven to be a huge hit with our workers and with the client. Although painstaking at times, this project was a labour of love and we are reaping benefits through the knowledge and upskilling of our workforce.Randstad have been providing HR and recruitment solutions to some of the world\'s largest businesses for 60 years.
