Responsible for leading a team of staff and consultants to develop the Healthy Waters Plan, which will inform billions of dollars in investments, programs and policies to address ecosystem and public health impacts associated with sewer overflows and polluted urban runoff, as well as responding to climate change, growth, and aging infrastructure drivers. Taking a silo-breaking \"One Water\" approach, this initiative is underpinned by a comprehensive technical analysis which is integrated with an inclusive and collaborative engagement process including First Nations, other government agencies and stakeholder groups.
