   Provide Management of active mine properties currently consisting of 5 mining complexes while responsible for management of all land, property, real estate services and facility issues for the company in West Virginia. In addition to coal mining, I am responsible for the management of all Oil and Gas companywide, this includes the Central Appalachian Basin and the Illinois Basin covering 5 states. Daily operations include but are not limited to meet, negotiate and maintain relations with Lessors, Lessees, Landowners, property owners, Oil & Gas Companies, other Coal Companies, utility companies, contractors and Government Agencies. While managing multiple projects simultaneously, Coordinating company managers, vendors, and contractors for timely and on or under budget completions, Surface and mineral title abstracts, Review of Leases, ROW agreements, Surface Lease Agreements, and Rental Agreements, Monitor competitor activity i.e. operations, acquisitions, drilling, Oil & Gas Lease acquisition, Right of Way acquisition, Due Diligence projects, Supervise field contract personnel, Manage Landslide landowner relations, Negotiate routine maintenance to well site, ROW, access routes, etc, Property access management, Acquire and maintain all land information, Effectively communicate and coordinate with all level of employees of the company, vendors and contractors, Manage and settle damage claims, Manage and Monitor Erosion Reclamation Projects such as landslides, road drainage erosion, fallen trees, flood damage, assure compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations, Manage contracted special projects in sensitive areas where landowner relations are delicate, WV Notary Public
