I grew up in a farm town where I was fortunate to have five grandmothers from different ethnic backgrounds. This upbringing has provided me with a solid foundation for being adaptable and flexible in my approach to working with people from different cultures, functions, and levels within various industries.During my career, I have gained experience working in diverse industries such as healthcare, beauty, fashion retail, and consumer packaged goods. I have a talent for identifying and leveraging available resources, making connections between people and ideas to encourage agreement among cross-functional teams, resolving complex problems, and implementing solutions that drive revenue growth.My track record speaks for itself. I have successfully delivered a business case and deployment plan that restructured the e-commerce product fulfillment process and 20% of retail locations, resulting in a 28% boost in gross margin and an increase in revenue by $183K per year. I have also overseen multi-million dollar construction projects, managed vendor relationships, project communications, and risk mitigation, and delivered projects within timeline and budget. I have traveled to 37 countries and worked in China, Peru, and the U.K. While in China for two months, I oversaw due diligence on three contract manufacturing vendors, analyzed product cost, hired the primary vendor, and reduced COGS by 23%.In 2019, I pursued an MBA from the Stephen M.
