I work in a fast paced environment with global engineering teams to promote common practices that influence quality and improves time to market. It is very exciting to see large scale adoption of ideas and practices intended to advance the quality of our products while meeting customer requirements and deadlines. Coordinating activities across a globally diverse engineering organization is challenging and very rewarding when our teams have success. Using tools such as Jenkins, Robot Framework, Python, etc. we have developed automation and web based applications that are used globally to provide visibility into software quality and regression coverage. Our Scaled Agile Framework teams are able to use these tools to help provide real time feedback on progress toward reaching design goals. Currently working in a Release Train Engineering (RTE) role for a team of teams developing tools and processes to enable a quicker time to market for our customers.
