ABOUT CHRIS ANDREW

Known to fix digital chaos just by showing up.Actual skills also available, if needed. As Product Manager and Global ProjectWise Lead at AtkinsRéalis, I work within the IT Design & Engineering Solutions team to drive consistency, governance, and innovation across our digital delivery platforms. My role spans global oversight of ProjectWise administration, template and standards development, license strategy, technical support, and the rollout of new digital tools. In short: I herd global complexity into something usable—for teams that just want to get on with the work. Before joining AtkinsRéalis, I served as Associate Director – Digital at AECOM, leading digital transformation and BIM implementation across the UK & I Roads sector. There, I helped civil teams navigate digital delivery, implementing ISO 19650 and GG184 standards with a focus on operational excellence and process-driven results.Throughout my career, I’ve been part engineer, part translator, part wrangler. I take the abstract world of standards, automation, and software and make it tangible—building workflows, tools, and templates that people actually want to use.My toolbox includes Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query), C# development, scripting, and a healthy dose of dry humor. I’ve developed solutions that reduce rework, standardize data, and make digital transformation feel… well, less painful.I work across disciplines, geographies, and teams—providing guidance, support, and the occasional reality check when a “digital solution” forgets the humans using it.Whether it’s coaxing a misbehaving ProjectWise environment into order, planning the rollout of next-gen delivery tools, or just knowing which checkbox to uncheck, I help teams align people, process, and platforms—and I do it without the buzzwords (unless requested).Wizardry? Maybe. But mostly it’s just making things work.
