Set annual membership recruitment and retention goals for the Association and develop a plan to achieve those goals working in conjunction with the Membership Committee- Develop and maintain a written membership application process and life cycle engagement strategy for all members. Ensures that all members are contacted at various points in their life-cycle with personal contact from the Director, Membership Committee members, SHBA staff or members of the Board of Directors- Target new areas for membership growth, develops prospect lists and recruits new members to the Association- Responsible for ROII (Workers\' Comp Safety & Refund program) promotion and growth- Responsible for BIAW Health Trust (Association Health Plan) promotion and growth- Provide monthly written reports to the Membership Committee, Executive Officer and Board of Directors on new member applications, upcoming renewals, and cancellation statistics- Identify and train volunteer membership recruiters and ambassadors to join the Membership Committee. Develop and coordinate membership drives and campaigns for volunteer recruiters to retain other current members through the annual membership life cycle- Coordinate retention activities starting with the New Member Breakfast Orientation to inform members of local, state and national services, programs and member benefits to ensure new member involvement- Work with the Membership Committee and Executive Officer to develop an annual membership survey to gauge how members value the services provided by the Association.
