Led Project Development Services including the project management, development, engineering and operations oversight activities for organic food waste (biogas and alternative products) and biomass projects including facility layout, process flow, health & safety, and operations & maintenance with a focus on technical and financial feasibility. Work activities have included oversight of process improvement, waste separation and sorting, recommendations and review of third party engineering facility improvements as well as feedstock evaluation and procurement activities at a recently commissioned Anaerobic Digestion facility and Food Processing By-Product Utilization facility, as well as operational and economic optimization for a recently acquired wood pellet facility with a focus on maximizing profitability.
