   Subsea Drilling Services (SDS)• Currently managing a team of 10 engineers and 2 drafters. • Primarily focused on leading the PLM projects of Subsea wellheads product line and project engineering support globally to teams based out of NAM, Scotland and Brazil. In early 2024, initiated and streamlined the project support to global teams.• Resource planning and Budgeting through preparation of Cost, Time and Resource estimates and load chart for the team.• Improved the scope of work from doing basic ZE QNs to PLM projects based out of Hyderabad. Gained ownership of SDS Value Stream PLM activities and pressure test qualifications from 2025 onwards.• Responsible for Planning and Prioritisation of projects and assigning to the team accordingly based on priority and feedback from SDS Value Stream Manager.• Established Engineering support to Nusajaya Wellhead manufacturing from India in 2024. One team member is always stationed at Nusajaya plant.• Segregated the team into multiple domains namely Product Improvement, Customer Project Execution, Product Qualification and Manufacturing support which has helped overcome delays and frequent reprioritisations.• People Development:• Responsible for hiring and creating training plan. Created 90 days onboarding plan for new joiners in the team.• Developed Competency Matrix for the team depending on the job role which has helped identify the gaps during mapping and necessary trainings have been assigned with a given timeline.• Created Individual Development Plan for each individual and developmental goals have been assigned in HR Web as per the aspirations and skillset of the individual.• Conducted Gemba visits to Nusajaya and Houston for team members.• Responsible for preparing and meeting Team\'s Objectives through KSFs and KPIs.• Supporting API external audits for API-Q1 and API-17D Section 8.• Responsible for performing gap analysis on the products to meet the requirements of the latest edition of API standards.
