Call: 2006 (Lincoln’s Inn) I am a friendly public access barrister practising at 12 Square Chambers with full right of audience in all courts of England & Wales. I’ve the right of audience in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh as an advocate. The dual jurisdiction allows me to be involved in dispute resolution in large, complex cross-border transactions. I had the privilege to sit as an Assistant Judge in Bangladesh judiciary too. I was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2006 by the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn. I started practising at ATM Law Solicitors and become a Solicitor of the senior courts of England & Wales 2014. I was the President of the Bangladesh Students Union at ICSL, now City Law School. I was highly active with various events in my student life and gained vast organisational experience leading life at this stage. As a confident public speaker I frequently attend legal and community Talk shows on SKY TV Channels. Apart from my legal practice I am involved with the following unpaid and voluntary positions in the United Kingdom- President: British Bangladeshi Community UK Director: Centre for British Bangladeshi Policy Dialogue Founder Member, Dhaka University Club UK Ex-President: Bangladesh Student Union (City University) Ex-Vice President: Bangladesh Law Association UK Ex-Joint Secretary: Dhaka University Alumni UK Ex-EC: The Society of British Bangladeshi Solicitors (SBBS) I passionately believe in law, liberty, and life.
